Introduction

Strategenius values your satisfaction with our services. This policy explains our approach to returns, cancellations, and refunds for consulting services.

1. Service Fees and Billing

All fees are outlined in the service agreement and are due upon specified milestones. Consulting services are generally non-refundable due to the nature of our work. However, adjustments may be made on a case-by-case basis if deemed appropriate by Strategenius.

2. Cancellations

• Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you wish to cancel services before they are completed, please inform us in writing at least 7 days in advance.

• Strategenius-Initiated Cancellations: We reserve the right to terminate the service agreement due to non-compliance or other violations of our Terms and Conditions.

3. Refunds

Refunds are typically not available once services are initiated. However, if Strategenius is unable to deliver services as per the agreement, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion, minus any non-recoverable costs incurred.

4. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding fees, please contact our support team to discuss potential resolutions. If a refund is agreed upon, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5 days.
