At Strategenius, our focus is on delivering high-quality workshops and consulting sessions, both online and offline. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines our approach to access and attendance for scheduled workshops and sessions.

1. Online Workshops

For our online workshops, participants will receive all necessary access details and instructions via email prior to the event.

• Access Instructions: A link to the online platform will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

• Delivery Timing: Access details will typically be sent at least 24 hours before the start of the workshop. Please check your email, including spam/junk folders, to ensure timely receipt.

• Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible devices to access the online workshop. Strategenius is not liable for access issues due to technical difficulties on the participant’s end.

2. In-Person Workshops

For our in-person workshops, participants are responsible for their own travel to the specified venue.

• Location and Time Details: All relevant information, including the workshop venue address and start time, will be sent via email prior to the event.

• Arrival Guidelines: We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early for check-in and preparation. Strategenius is not responsible for any delays or missed sessions due to late arrival.

• Special Requirements: If you have any specific needs (e.g., accessibility requirements), please inform us at least 10 in advance so we can accommodate accordingly.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Workshop Cancellations: In the rare case that Strategenius needs to reschedule or cancel a workshop, participants will be notified promptly, and alternative options will be provided, such as transferring to another session or receiving a full refund.

• Participant Cancellations: If a participant needs to cancel or reschedule their attendance, they should notify us as per our cancellation policy. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.

4. No Physical Shipping of Materials

As we primarily offer consulting services and workshops, no physical items or materials are shipped. Any supplemental resources or materials for workshops will be provided digitally via email or within the online workshop platform.
